Founded in November 2018 and officially opened for production on April 21, 2019, the company is located in Yiyang High-tech Zone. It is the first project of the crayfish business segment of Zhanjiang Guolian Aquatic Products Group, and it is a key project for the crayfish processing factory to settle in Yiyang. The content of the project includes: smart agricultural crayfish breeding research demonstration base (covering an area of 2100 mu), modern feed production, modern crayfish and aquatic product processing and production, etc.
Guolian (Yiyang) factory has about 1,500 employees during the production season. The company has a cold storage with a storage capacity of 10,000 tons, 2 production workshops, equipped with intelligent data acquisition equipment, and 6 crayfish production lines. Through precise sorting, micro-nano bubble cleaning, -196°C liquid nitrogen quick-freezing and fresh-keeping, fully automatic packaging equipment and other technologies, after the second phase of quality improvement, the current daily output of crayfish is 300 tons.
